Question by : What is the easiest way to learn the Hebrew language?
I would like to be able to read (and later also speak) Hebrew. I have bought a couple of books on the Hebrew language, but I am not sure if this is the best way to learn the language?

The only way to learn a new language and a new alphabet is to take a teacher who speaks it. With books only you cannot learn, especially because of the pronounciation.
You can hear programs in youtube, for children for example (it’s always easier to learn first through programs for children because of the simple language).

The key is to hear and to speak, and that you cannot do it by books.

If you really want to learn Hebrew you will need to put some work in but it is very achievable.
